JFL is one of the Fortune 500 companies in India right now, and if you are able to fit in with the company, you might have a great career. I worked with the Analytics, Insights & Innovation team and liked the following while I worked there -
1. Lots of data to work with / opportunities - With its aim to develop into a food tech organization, the team gets access to lots of data to experiment and model with across multiple functions such as Operations, Customer Services, etc. If you are passionate about Machine Learning, you have a 'playground' at your disposal here.
2. Decent benefits - The HR team did bring out policies to ease employees' troubles. For example - monthly payout of bonus instead of annual, free pizza coupon every month, etc.
3. High Visibility - Needless to say, everyone is looking at the team. If you perform well, and become irreplaceable here, you might not have a lot to worry about.
... (8:30 - 9:30) although I did not stay late because of lack of transportation
3. Exit experience - When I put in my resignation, I was informed that I would receive my FnF, relieving letter & salary within 15-30 days. It's been 2.5 months since my last working day, and I am yet to receive either of those. I have raised this to the company HR numerous times but there seems to be major gaps in the process - it's been a pathetic experience for me.
Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.
There is a chance that you can get young team here. So understanding barrier is less

Appraisal and promotion things as well as the bonus is totally worst here. They are not going to pay the worthy income.rather they prefer only iit students
