...r month and after that I received this benefit but after one year crossed ( Oct. 2020 ) revoked my City Compensatory Allowance benefit and recover from my monthly salary without any update or information, when I say with HR for the same then HR say you are not eligible for City Compensatory Allowance if you have any written then we'll provide the benefit, when I show the company letter but they are not considered, but HR is finding loopholes in that letter. They are demanding the signature on letter but clearly mentioned on letter ( This is an auto generated letter & doesn't require signature ) I received this letter on previous HRIS application on adrenaline, but they are again demanding for supported mail, so please I request you look my issue and do needful help... Nothing is there . It is just that we are doing job in MNC. just the job has been secured ant get salary on time.

Lots of work load, Pressure increase day by day but no chance to promotion.. Promotion ratio is very slow.. I worked here approx 4 year but no promotion and no increment.

Jubilant foodworks is a well established company in QSR sector, initial salary to associate manager is good. shift timings are good but not the best. Growth totally depends on one's performance.

No work life balance, over crowded with unprofessional staff , 4 offs a month is totally old school, no meal is provided on duty.

Unable to saving money in others city due to expensive city. CCA also minimised 5000rs to 4000rs don't know why No time for family and money also not saved for our future. Thinking wasting time here. should I change the line. So many restaurant in Agra and near to Agra

Company is very good but staff at DM/Am are not proper . Company should look at senior staff before hiring
