Employees do wrong entry in the DMS which the company is not aware and everything is taken for granted. The confirmation of the employees does not happen on correct time and most of the employees get demotivated for the same.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low it my self but career growth is slow and dominations miss communication with reporting bosses

Dislikes

Almost everything except salary. No Work life balances. You need to work 24*7 without productivity like a labour. Managers use abusive language and often shout on you. Managers with force you to stay in office for 15-18 hours each day and no payback for extra works. Life is hell here and no career growth.
