There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

• I don't know any other organization's culture, but anyone Shouldn't believe job confirmation even after receiving Salary negotiations until join and get atleast 1st month salary. • Worst attitude of some seniors for the junior level workers that employee or associate. ITI, Diploma people should suffer it, otherwise will be booked and need to face worst conditions. That is in working Department and also in HR. • Politics, senior-junior, north indian-south indian, General shift-other shifts, Office worker-Field worker,etc., • Pollution control is poor, and hence health issues raising but poeple can't show, due to fear of loosing the job. • Safety and other rules are very high to deduct from salary and holding promotions.

One of the worst company...they buy great place to work certificate...only local persons are happy because of union otherwise no one is happy

Standard accomodation facilities for employees not available being a remote location. Empowerment is less to employees. Senior Management Team is very poor. Management is bious in each and every aspect. Nobody cares about lateral hires all focous is to please GETs.

Job safety is good as long as you are good at your work and follow the values and ethics of company.

Salary is too low. Work life balance is very poor since few years and it's getting worse every coming year.
