Company has good pay structure, profit making company

1. Not employee oriented 2. Monarchy in policies implementation 3. Higher management poor concern towards the employees 4. Lot of internal politics and no promotions 5. HR is least bothered about the welfare or any issue in work place 6. Food in canteens is not at all good 7. Incentives are deducted frequently due to x reason they don't even disclose why. 8. Completely destroying the surroundings with dust and air pollution. 9. No proper food facilities for employees 10. No work life balance, every one works more than 2 hrs daily than the required time.

It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.

Standard accomodation facilities for employees not available being a remote location. Empowerment is less to employees. Senior Management Team is very poor. Management is bious in each and every aspect. Nobody cares about lateral hires all focous is to please GETs.

There are very few job vacancies and . And the salary is very less, those are selected by third party.

Job safety is good as long as you are good at your work and follow the values and ethics of company.

Dislikes

Salary is too low. Work life balance is very poor since few years and it's getting worse every coming year.
