There is a huge amount of deduction salary, they did not give department according to our study background,they work from mechanical background, they force to work in chemical departments ....

1.dusty area 2.very less chance to get accommodations in township if you do not have any influence 3. Job security is bad you’ll be forced to violate the safety while physically carrying out the job but on paper you will be forced show you have taken all the precautions, any fatal you are terminated. And if you do not follow the above verbal instructions then you will consider as non competent person and gets the D grade in appraisal, if you get two in a row you are out. 4. Worst management 5.Heavy work load. 6.lack of resources 7. Reaching to management next to impossible. 8.Harassment when you resign. Many more. Not promotion in past 8 years.

Management not ok, doing partiality during yearly increment also not food providing during duty time, compny canteen high coastly, Salary CTC production insentive and its not coming..salary too less for diploma engineer

Company work environment is good well knowledge people are working here. Good salary and also more work. Career growth is not good enough. Technology adoptivity is good.

So much noisy in plant. Dusty less safety .

Townships are good, but it's take long time to achieve family accomodation around 8-9 years waiting list is there.

...n policy it's take 9-10 years for single promotion for L7 and below employee. 2. Very less salary after 9-10 years you get only 25-30 thousand in which 40% salary is incentive. 3. Policies like if there any fatal or accident happen any where in department your incentive will become zero now you get 40% salary less from that 25-30 thousand rupees. 4.No job rotation, person doing same kind of job from many years and gets bored.
