I like the work experience in JSW,

...l efforts with additional works also not been appreciated with minim basic hike. and suffered a lot for salary clearance for long time. Need to understand the pain of off role employees also for surviving with basic need.

Can learn the steel making process. Job security is there.

Dislikes

... less than the Market standards and hike is 7-8% max. HR policies are too worst. You cannot make the tax planning also, even if you update the flexi compensation, you will receive the salary as per original CTC. There are no learning platforms for finance ppl and technical dept too. The plant location is in rural area where you can't find anything for resting, cafeteria, or not even a good hotel. No gym, no games room, no cafeteria, no team outings., they just need their work done.

-Work pressure is high. -Very high Salary and compensation difference on basis of Colleges. - Work pressure is high, for juniors, and seniors not giving proper Appraisals to the deserved. -Office politics is very high.

JSW Steel include: poor work-life balance due to long working hours and 6-day work weeks, inconsistent salary structure with large gaps between different employee groups, limited career growth opportunities, poor management practices, a lack of concern for employee needs, and a potentially harsh working environment at certain locations like Vijaynagar, particularly for those not accustomed to extreme heat and remote locations; with some reports highlighting issues like favoritism and a lack of transparency in promotions.

There are so many benefits like salary came on time good working culture and exposure for knowledge in your field

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
