Corporate HR is terrible - needs overhauling. Hire and Fire exists. Only those in the limelights are highlighted and goes up the ladders Deserving and hardworking people who do not have a Godfather or spokesperson in the company are neglected

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
