It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.

It gives u opportunities to cultivate your skills and learning. You might get to work on new roles if you show keen interest. Group is growing very fast and opportunities to grow with it is also there if you can handle pressure and steer ur way through politics.

- Vertical growth - salary disparity in same level. - corporate politics and unwanted pressure. - Until you fight for rights you would be denied of all perks and promotion despite performance - Group skill development programs are participated only by those who r favourites of the bosses

Job security is good but you will face lot of work load specially if you are good performing.

Low salary and perks No free food. Recent leave policy is terrible Management ban mobile which is like sending employees life back in stone age Poor work life balance. Worst HR always finds out new ideas to deduct salary and benefits.

1. HR and management thinks that staff is a comodity. No value for staff. 2. No work culture. 3. Management does not have culture to motivate the staff. 4. Management works on hire and fire principle which is totally wrong concept. 5. Management always indulge in crisis management as they don't have system in place to monitor and control the projects.
