It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.

1. HR and management thinks that staff is a comodity. No value for staff. 2. No work culture. 3. Management does not have culture to motivate the staff. 4.
