Salary and perks are very low compared to other other market companies. Promotions and appraisal are politically influenced. Near one and dear ones are benefited.

... culture lot of politics, no future for experience , for fresher it is good , HR will not give salary hike they will make you fools by production incentive , For electrical department they will not maintain standards 1. No panel lay outs 2.no actual drawing compare to printed drawing 3.no updated in modification in drawings 4.we have to completely depend on seniors 5.seniors will not come and say 6.so we will be kept under blank mode and says not effective candidate Management is good but seniors will not stay you for longer period Please think twice before joining

Good to work as per management You will not be long term associated due to middle management. So finally you have to leave organization

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
