There give yearly bonus by our own salary. Appraisal are for 8YR that too full partiality. Transportation from Bellary and Hospet to company is very costly greater than local transport. Canteen food is pathetic. HR won't respond to your problem worst happening. No skilled superior, no knowledge, company has given top jobs for land closer whose education is not even 10th class. Quality analysis method are primitive methods. Now they have cancelled own transport ( bike)., company has not provided bus stand, employees and work find it very problematic in rainy season. Township for bachelor is next thermal power plant very suffocating environment. Ruthless township admin. It has 6 floors with no lift. After finishing work how employees able to walk 6floor. There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
