Jsw is my first company. People are very hard working here, Aggressive culture & high targets. Culture is such that i became extremely active in every front. I became addicted for hard work.

...omotion. JSW HR has zero power, HR policy fully controlled by high management. In name of cost cutting you can't get pages for print out. All HR policy are in hand of fool sycophants with full of egos. In last one year my colleague are at thier extreme of hating company policy. JSW culture is similar to small vendors lala company.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.

Dislikes

Huge salary gap between diploma engineers and graduate engineers, the only thing I dislike. Otherwise JSW steel is top notch career choice.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.

It's just for experience purposes we need to work, since three to fours years company was been decorated after corana. Rules & regulations are not standard & suddenly implementation & after some times it will decorated & not keeping constant & Hitler policies.
