There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Job security is bad you’ll be forced to violate the safety while physically carrying out the job but on paper you will be forced show you have taken all the precautions, any fatal you are terminated. And if you do not follow the above verbal instructions then you will consider as non competent person and gets the D grade in appraisal, if you get two in a row you are out. 4. Worst management 5.Heavy work load. 6.lack of resources 7. Reaching to management next to impossible. 8.Harassment when you resign. Many more. Not promotion in past 8 years.
