Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

You will get salary on time except for incentives which sometime put into your account collectively or cancelled if production target not met. 4. 1. Work life is very toxic as it is politically buried under ground. 2. Working hours are not fixed sometime you have to do overtime. 3. No appreciation at all instead they will find the chance to scold you. 4. Compensation is not standard, however it is good for new join 5. Manpower shortage is also an issue 6. You have to do all type of work right from cooli to manager. 7. Poor mentality of old aged people working here from decades never want to change themselves. 8. No special recognition or promotion on time.you have to be good enough in licking.
