1)Toxic work culture 2)Worst for Civil Quantity Surveyors- Zero learning and mostly we won't be doing any quantity surveying work we need to just dump data from tekla extracted quantities in Excel and claim bill and will be loaded with more than 4-5 sites across india 3)QS head is the worst he just blames you infront of top management. 4)Don't fall for JSW name this company is really not professionals if you can put mails for all the small work from within or outside the company in the name of mere follow-ups than actual working it will suit you
