The HR and all kinds of escalations related to leadership is messed up. Randomly declares 6 days working, with no additional payments. Announces changes in variable pay and other terms mid tenure. 9hrs check in check out is mandatory. Work culture, quality of work and skill development is absent.

No proper working culture only meetings daily Senior persons don't know any thing they are from different backgrounds They don't know how markets are going and what is going on 100 percent travel only Everyday working under pressure situation

Work culture is very toxic. If you are performing good they will expect more from you and put unnecessary pressure. Appraisal is not based on performance but who is favourite of manager.
