My professional work was Mobile Harbour Crane Operator but idle time I was worked with cargo officers so I was like to work cargo officer in JSW JAIGHAR PORT I like JSW

Honesty and loyalty 8 year worked in JSW JAIGHAR PORT but given only one promotion and salary also very low. Management are Increased salary new joining employees but old employees salary is not increased so this was not well I don't like management because they have supported only his employer because they are his colleagues, friends, reletive, old company employee joined on recommendation for our management

Pay attention to the health of the people and give your 100% to the company

If people are working in the company without safety and do not listen to a safety supervisor or safety officer, then I would not like to work at that

As a Brand and listed Company. Job Security is Excellent because of their policies. If you are from nearby area your life will be excellent in this plant. Rest other things are average or below average.

Dislikes

Medical facilities, good schools are very far. Dependency on Company School which is overcrowded with local area children. No recreational places, movie theatres or malls. Only surrounded by beaches. Which is after sometime gets bored. It is good for 45+ years personal if their children were staying outside for their career. Very far from main Railway Station. Many improvement on work culture from 2016 when I joined. Need to go much more. Local peoples are belongs to the Management, because of this they are enjoying their life.

Too good Company culture and safely work.

Dislikes

The work inside the company is not alocated as same as given designation and experience. Maximum 90% workers are imported from others state and those are not coordinate with local state peoples. This is not acceptable.

The company are good daily duties are interesting daily new skill and knowledge lurning

Management is loose there was a politics our facilities are not coming for us the management has left money our facilities
