The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.Treat like a familiar and supportive nature with everyone I like most.

There is a lot to learn and to learn in the company. Salary is paid on time, the company provides good facilities to the workers. Etc.

Within 1 to 2 years, I have not seen any bad thing about the company.
