The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

There is a lot to learn and to learn in the company. Salary is paid on time, the company provides good facilities to the workers. Etc.

Dislikes

Within 1 to 2 years, I have not seen any bad thing about the company.

There is no any advantages about working.. Only Salary credited on time.. i. e. 1st day of the month

Worst, Worst. No heirarchy followed on that place, worst working experience,old employee have less salary than new joining employee that is whole shift conversation just like "Vidhwa Vilaap" by them to new joining and collegues Down Politics to subordinate and nuclear depart monopoly Mediclaim and gratuity deducted from our CTC that is also a scam trapped by HR during negotiation. Some of the standards pertaining to Safety aspects are good. Salary credited within a standard time

Lots of partiality in increment and promotion time. Those will give only favourable persons irrespective of work..
