In terms of support during Covid ,they allowed key resources to work from home and they have changes salary structure of employees which impacted their monthly take home Salary. REDUCTION IN SALARY HAS IMPACTED OUR COST OF LIVING .

Typical Indian culture . Health Insurance coverage is not good and not up to the mark as. Room rent Cap is very low , Employee cannot use Health insurance and admit in semi private room as the amount is very less and it can covers only General ward room rent expense in Tier 1 City. Work from home policy is not good. Company is Giving WHF but cutting salay in the name of WHF.
