...y to correct the process just you have to follow even if process is incorrect. Any HR related things 99% is incorrect even the Salary Structure, medical insurance, any additional would definitely be mismatched by HR.

Office infrastructure is good, canteen is good, people are good, connectivity is good.

Dislikes

Working in shifts not because it is required, it is because they don't have enough seating capacity. Promotion is very rare minimum 5 year and that too if your manager is with you. Grading system is very baised.

One of the very good organisation to work.Trying all there level best to be employee centric.Trainings are good ,Managers are helpfull and there are lot of options and benefits provided by the organisation to stay long in the organisation

Shift model of working in not good( Businee works in General shift however shared Service employees work in 2 shifts) All Saturdays should be off HR presence is not felt and policies should be more employee friendly More politics and less work, even leaders were involved in policing Employee need to find place to sit if he has to work after his/her shift is over. It’s very very pathetic and painful that your employees doesn’t have enough sitting capacity for employees.
