Salary has less according to experience and present market condition

Salary is received on time on the last date of the month. 8 hours working time. Sundays are off.

1.It is very difficult for promotion, on an average, promotion takes place in 9 to 10 years. 2.Employees in grade L1 to L7 are graded local management. Here you get proper benefits only at the manager level, not below it.

Biased leadership and micromanagement, career growth is terrible. Organizing wants you to take higher roles but restrain itself from spending on employees and imparting development trainings.

Here at my location , management has main focus on material management , safety , CSR activities ,good annual increment.

Dislikes

no focus on enhancing technical skills , Biased behaviour ( I.e. less salary, fascilities etc ) towards employees of other companies it is overtaking.
