...atter. If you work all 7 days then it shows good. Be present always in plant. Salary deductions is huge in every month.

Very hate politics done by local employees, local HRs are also involved. Plant HR department is worse. Very poor management in Nandyal plant, Andhra Pradesh. Company should re-think about Nandyal plant, otherwise no-one ( who is from other states) will stay there . You can get same review from everyone,who worked in Nandyal plant. Very much disappointed by Jsw management. If anyone want to join Jsw cement, avoid Nandyal unit, others plants are good and going well. ** Zero respect for every employees, who is outsider, This is true review of Nandyal unit

...nd culture. Team members are Coperative and department dicession is transparent. Company policies are nice appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus also invective ever year.
