Excellent parent company. Compensation.

Politics of few people. Back ground of few senior people must be checked as they were fired from their previous company. Many good people from Ambuja, UltraTech were forced to resign. They were hard worker, honest and dedicated. But thanks to politics of senior people they were forced to tender their resignation. Would request enquiry.

Salary structure is good Otherwise everything is worse( giving review only for Nandyal plant)

Very hate politics done by local employees, local HRs are also involved. Plant HR department is worse. Very poor management in Nandyal plant, Andhra Pradesh. Company should re-think about Nandyal plant, otherwise no-one ( who is from other states) will stay there . You can get same review from everyone,who worked in Nandyal plant. Very much disappointed by Jsw management. If anyone want to join Jsw cement, avoid Nandyal unit, others plants are good and going well. ** Zero respect for every employees, who is outsider, This is true review of Nandyal unit

...orks on a clear line of strengthening employees benifits and future development. Timely increments, timely salary credit and time to time works shops for the developement of employees skills.

Few things are there which can be disliked but can not be assumed as drawback for not joining the company.

It's an Indian MNC and growing Company.so have some organisational benefits in terms insurance apart from that everything is normal and nominal compared to market.

Every thing here is average starting from salary to work culture.
