Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career groyis slow

Very hate politics done by local employees, local HRs are also involved. Plant HR department is worse. Very poor management in Nandyal plant, Andhra Pradesh. Company should re-think about Nandyal plant, otherwise no-one ( who is from other states) will stay there . You can get same review from everyone,who worked in Nandyal plant. Very much disappointed by Jsw management. If anyone want to join Jsw cement, avoid Nandyal unit, others plants are good and going well. ** Zero respect for every employees, who is outsider, This is true review of Nandyal unit

It's an Indian MNC and growing Company.so have some organisational benefits in terms insurance apart from that everything is normal and nominal compared to market.
