If you are at executive, intern level them it is good other Managerial and above posts are bad here. They will give you good designation but then again Huge pressure. Passing a week will also feel like an year.

Dislikes

The company will give you good salary but that salary is not constant as job security is zero. It's a promoter based firm. Not at all recommendable. The company fired most of the employees including me within the span of 3-4 months.

Likes

Early days the training programs and the cultural activities are very heart warming, but later these things are ruled out.

Dislikes

... feel like they are in a cell. HR is terrible, no proper response for any thing. Salary is paid after 10 days of next month some times 15 days. Create problems in relieving and F&F payment also.

The Scope of learning is high & however it depends upon the team allocated.

Dislikes

It involves travelling to client place on a regular basis(depends on the role). Low Package compared to the industry. Apart from the regular busy work, they will give us unrealistic goals with no support of the IT teams. Resources/Executives allocated to us are mostly unproductive & they will not change them despite of regular follow ups leading to additional burden of work.

Likes

There was nothing to like about the company. The management runs a monarchy there. Anyone who'd go against them will get fired

Dislikes

...o the job of at least 5 people. Everyone I know there is looking for other jobs. They don't provide any clarity on the position, job role or package. I wasn't given any of the above things above. Their fall is soon to come. The concept of work life balance doesn't exist for employees there but is in plenty for the top management

Likes

I can say its' a good platform to showcase their talents for freshers. They will be mended well. Though the company offers comparatively less package than any other companies still it's not that bad.

Dislikes

The work culture and the salary package is just par. Delay in promotion and appraisal.
