First i extend my pranams to his lotus feets jagadguru shree shivarathri deshikendra mahaswamiji, chairman and pontiff of JSS Mahavidyappetha. I liked the service motto of JSS Mahavidyapeetha in the fields of education and health. And particularly JSS Mahavidyapeetha is concerned about women education and Rural development.

Dislikes

First i extend my pranams to his lotus feets jagadguru shree shivarathri deshikendra mahaswamiji,chairman and pontiff of JSS Mahavidyapeetha. JSS Mahavidyapeetha can follow appraisal of merit policy where well performing employees should be identified and can provide them with some incentives and benefits for their work. And non performing employees must be warned and they must be kept under vigilance. So that we all together can represent our institution in india and across globe.

Not good for faculty members to work. It is not a good institute for teachers. This institute not support to the life of faculty members. Be careful any budy when applying for job in this institute.
