Hard Rock Cafè India, owned By JSM Corporation. Platform is good but company running it is Pathetic. Very unprofessional.

Company is too careless with employees. Too many hidden company policies. Salary doesn't get credited on time. Company running HARD ROCK CAFE PUNE is too poor with employee management. No coordination with in their company.

Its pleasure to work in JSM Corporation. Growth is slow as compared to other company's. But there is job security.

Need to be work on team training. Salary need to be revised according to market structure

There all teammates are good ,readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hourseManagers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

I have developed whatever I have as an individual is due to my tenure in JSM the culture is brilliant . The owner Sanjay Mahtani is a legend in F&B sector and I consider him a mentor

Well not much but when I got my new offer I thought they would acknowledge my efforts for all these years and offer me a good jump but that didn’t happen as I would have loved to continue working for them
