...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing given to their families. Single overtime paid if anyone work after 12 hour duty. MD say in meeting to senior employee ki tere peene ke paani m ek boond susu ki daal deta hoo p lega if any project small work pending. Politics of old employees working more than 10 years

Only colleageous was good. And seniors was also good. Plant infrastructure is good. Plant location is on good place.

Every new employee was worker and every old was a MD. Salary is not too good. IT was very poor, every system was running on BHAGWAN BHAROSE. Complete HR policy is in Company favour nothing is in employees favour. PF policy is not available for on roll staff and festival bonos also not good
