It's sooooo not good... Don't join if you are willing to... They won't pay you at all like they will hold your salary for months and if you try to raise your voice against they will simply expell you. Yah if you want to work relentlessly without any pay then it's an awesome place

You need not to be worried about quality improvement. Lot of free time and least work load.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

You need not think of salary as you are hardly paid on regular basis. You never know when will you get your salary. Your entire energy is wasted in guessing when shall you get the salary. If one is ready to get 6 salaries in an year it is a wonderfull place to work. You neither contribute nor you grow. Placement position of students is pathetic.
