Lala type company' No salary on time. One months salary hold will company policy. Like if you will Join company 1 of January then company will give you 7th March your first salary. Company will give you tour advance 15K after one & half months you will complite. No HR Policy. No Hirarky. No will revert your mail if you asked any thing.

Nothing to like anything. Not capable management. If you will join this company you are fullice your carrier & your self.

working for a company with lot of heritage and quality. The standard of the products high in automotive sector, serving japanese brands is a accomplishment in itself.

Dislikes

The company adheres to age old hierachy and promotion and benefits pretty low depends upon the whim of the managers.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
