Only salary comes on time that it there is nothing else you will like this company if you know how to do buttering And those who have written there are dislikes in the review and give 5 star to the company I am 200% sure they are only who know how to do buttering and got their position.

Dislikes

There are lots I can write an essay over it The senior manager don't know how to speak to female employee. Appraisal are very slow After all this there is no fullstop here They just demotivate you to next level so that you feel frustrated. After slogging for 10 to 12 hrs they will never value you and they will you 5-8 % increment that's all They just know only one mantra Apna kaam baanta bhaand mai jaye employee. Think twice joining just company

In such circumstances salary is on time is the best part of the company. Environment is good in staff. But hod is not well, so u cant perform and exchange your idea.

Dislikes

There is no team work. No job security, we have to wirk straight for 12 hrs. The pressure is very high.managers do not value an individual.

Salary on time . Promotion if your good and of use to company .

Poor management . Nothing in hands of hr . Boss very rude to employees . On the spot firing . Not work life balance . Evrything wanted in one minute . Changes everyday . No work ethics . Unnecessary kept on toes everyday . People burnout and leave . Good salary also cannot stop them .

...ompared to TLs who are working here for 7-8 years as this is their first job. Very less Growth in terms of Salary hike, people have got 4% - 8% hike after working here in a year. tls and sales head will directly abuse you and tl and managers support this kind of culture. They will disrespect your privacy and personal life. You will be not getting your own Paid leave and if you force fully take it you will be marked Lwp leave without pay. Every employee is leaving this company in 2-3 months. One employee got a panic attack and left job recently.

Dislikes

They will make you work for 12-14 hours in a day. Pay you very cheap And give good incentive plans but they wont pay you any incentive for 6-7 months. They only promote 1-2 good employees and tell everyone that be like them, do what they do eat what they eat so you will sell more. Alot of politics and managers are having personal affairs with their employees. Not a good place to work toxic culture and they dont have sample flats and have done terrible work in the last projects. Employee dont have confidence in their own product.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
