HR policies are not employee friendly or even as per market standards. There is no HR executive. Leaves too are very tight to take. Even if they cut (beyond yearly leaves), they are hesitating to give you leaves. So I felt no good freedom...just work like donkeys.

Dislikes:sometimes the workload is very high and takes become repertative with time there is no work life balance u might feel lost crowd and it is hard to feel the impact of your contributions to such a huge company...........
