There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Here career growth and salary growth is very poor. Here more work pressure is having.

... authority only go to MD . Long hold decision people struggle for every thing. MD look for opportunities to deduct variable and salary. Always threat people to fire.

Company is in transition phase to adhere with Joyson Global but due to rude management the policies couldn't be implemented. I have heard last year a HR policy was rolled out but still it is not implemented due to rude behaviour of India MD. Globally Joyson is good place to work in Safety Industry.

...am building culture. Managers take advantage of their subordinate performance. No bonus, prize and No incentive. No basic facilities like Drinking Water..

Joyson company is best MNC company .now still I'm working there ,i like a joyson company policy and culture because our company celebrate in every occasion and our culture function.And every employee work together.

MD & mother plant has Worst management, Their company’s RASIC it self not correct and no authority in Chennai plant management members in terms of commercial and systemic decisions.
