Worst quality food Worst acomodation Worst management team...Hr, assistant manager,branch manager. They support only south and malayalam people,beside them we are abandon...they underrate us and seeking always a chance to terminate us.currently I am working in gajuwaka but we hire for bhubaneswar, at the time of hiring they told they give us training is south zone after 2month they send us to bhubaneswar but till know they don't do it neither they support us at that location....we didn't know telgu language ,we can't talk effectively to customer after knowing that we are in training and having language problem they gave us target...if we can't fulfill it they told us you odia people are worst people....what kind of behavior and experience we get a normal people can't imagine. If u want a peaceful life don't go their.

less promotions or none to local people putting so much pressure on employees for completing targets which are very hard to achieve As it is the kerala based company,most of the managers and assistant managers are from kerala region only heavy duty timings from 10 to 11:30 No mercy on employees welfare and development Leaves restricted to 4 days only which are very rough to get

...r and Asst. Manager was so supportive.company policies and norms are very good. They give us salary even in the Pandemic time. And also provide bonus.Overall they treat us very nicely.

...and management. There we have events at some other places with company policies. Good support from company about salary, hike, pramotion and yearly bonus for festival. We have total accomodation for living,food and cafeteria. We have yearly cricket matches like JPL ( joyalukkas premier league).

I'm not impressed the support of this company because they deducted 50% salary of all employees and not paying who are not working due to going home for normal leave and who locked in Lockdown. it was very poor action from a international Jewellery giant

There is no working time limit. approximately 12 or 14 hrs daily working....Salary for sales man and other is average and Salary increment is very rare
