A proper method or system is not set up.. you have to work based on assumptions. People with no or very less knowledge have become directors and do not understand technical possibilities.

Salary comes on time. People who say this organization is good to work in are probably the ones bullying others.

Their policies change every day. People talk sweetly while treating you like badly, which is annoying. Most people barely meet their KPI, even after working over the weekends and for 12-14 hours daily. The worst is that they don't even train recruits. They don't have a proper training module, as no one is given any KPI credits to train recruits. And this is for a job which needs a lot of training. The techniques used are specific to this organization. e.g., as a science writer, you will need to write scripts and make storyboards in a particular way that won't help you in your next job. And the protocols (for writing scripts and SBs) change overnight. The only solace was that there was no KPI requirement for the first three months, but new recruits were poorly treated (in a sweet language, of course) even at that time. In general, this organization came across as unprofessional to me.

Work life balance is good. Timely salary.

Dislikes

Lots of biasness and politics in the company. Conflicts between teams, no standard working principle. The senior editors are clueless about the guidelines and there is no consistency among them. Puts a lot of pressure on the writers and if you are not the favorite then your life is hell here.

On time salary and benefits.

AP Product team is horrible. There is a high chance of slipping into depression. The editors are partial and favor the bootlickers. They initiate the rat-race within the team in the name of promotions. Singles overwork to stay in the company. If you are a family person, rest assured to be ill-treated by bullies. The product manager do not have any clear idea about the project. Two more science writers who are currently working there have contacted me to tell their ordeal. Each and every humiliation I faced, if repeated for them as well.
