Getting into company is easy. Smooth onboarding process. Timely salary and they give enough salary as well

The seniors are not respectful they treat you as a slave. They not help you much if you are a fresher.

No Salary on Time, no proper guidance on how to deal with their own time sheet , even though you submit your time sheet on time, they will delay your pay, no proper idea about project deadline. To get your last month's salary and FnF will get after 60 days.

Nothing much, just client movement is bit good .

...f employee as much they put efforts. Extensive time shift with Saturday working. Salary will come on 7th of month and that also delay. Main thing, no respect and they will not leave you on a happy note as well. Not a good one
