...f employee as much they put efforts. Extensive time shift with Saturday working. Salary will come on 7th of month and that also delay. Main thing, no respect and they will not leave you on a happy note as well. Not a good one

Nothing, doesn't even deserve 1 star. Hire and fire system No respect for juniors Higher management doesn't care how the team leads and account managers are treating their team members Unfair and partiality always Juri and Vandana are the worst They are jealous of your progress They are not qualified for the position given to them, doesn't even knows how to speak English. Do not have an communication skills not any professionalism. They will make you start working from 8 am till 7 pm or 8 pm. Save yourself from J2W.

Do not work there, they will not give salary on time. And there recruiters are taught to lie to the candidates on c2h basis that they will be on permanent after 6 months but this do not happen. They make fool of the candidates. Do not ever work on J2w payroll Worst company, doesn't care about juniors. They will fire you if you are smart and ask questions They just want you to work and make them happy No work life balance Will ask to work on Holi and Diwali as well. Worst experience.

Nothing to like. Join only if you are unemployed and have a long gap.

...ends with the parent company the day the contract ends is your last working day. They don't even give you a month's salary as promised in the offer letter as severance. They lie to you and say whatever you want to hear, so that you join them and then break all the promises made initially. They promise before joining that the contract is only for 6 months after which they will convert, but they don't. They just ask you to leave. Also, they will ask you to leave if they get to know that you are carrying to avoid giving meternity benifits. Join only if you are uneployed for a long time. Use them and switch as soon as you get a better opportunity. Otherwise, STAY AWAY!

Company is good at making employee engagement, and salary also good.

Internal management, they are fighting with each other internally and that affects directly employees all those stupid fights unhealthy computations leads stress for the employees more thats is why i also quit.

... they want. There is always job posted every 3 months for recruiters everywhere. They cut medical insurance from employee's salary. It is always better to enquire about the company before joining rather than regret after joining.
