- For honesy review connect with recruiters working in J2W through linkedin. Do not listen to Managers, ceo or leads. -There are only 3 managers that are good out of 20-30 mangers. If you report to them then good, else I pray for you to get out safely. - I must admit work ethics are on 100% mark.

If that girls manager (DGM) reports to CEO to fight for victim, CEO will sack that person (DGM) and ask to leave. Because the lead is generating business. - If your a recruiter, god bless, sometimes even CEO will come and ask you how many Submissions - Industry wise 2/5 rating for Salary. 1/5 for incentives. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
