Feels like papa ki company hai kabhi bhi nikaal do ek month ka salary dekar.only believe in 'ya to company bna do ya resign kar do' .no planning bs badi badi baatien hi hain..Dev ko bs fire karna hi ata h or center of attention banna bhi.no knowledge of SALES but subse bade sales head hain.agar apki family hai or aap unke liye responsible hain to yhn join mat karna. ... doing this is not fare. If you don’t have budget then why you do scam to all. Giving good salary is only I think to employee but giving good culture, good environment and learning growth phase to them is a real gem company. In India some startup think are those who think they can buy workforce and then fire them. Is a real feature but we know the reality karma is ****** men . It comes to you and one day they fire from this market. I don’t need to give examples. People better well know the reality. So please will not be a part of these scams.

... image hr will push to put a reviews in such kind of website. But this is truth. No job security as organization doesn’t have any proper structure of salary bifurcation. Who does nothing will get pay much than who deserves.
