The company environment is very good, work balance is also too good, the company gives great importance to ours employees, that's why reason the employee has a good image in the company.

Dislikes

According to my point of view then first of all I will talk about salary, there is too much difference in salary even for the same profile, if I talk about promotion then it is very difficult to get promotion, if the company will directly hire people from outside with the Senour profile. There will be no growth for internal employees.

I love the culture and environment here, the decorum of the company is amazing. All the managers and seniors are very supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

The salary hike is very less, i have just heard not sure but will work hard to get it and see.

The work culture here is amazing means they also keep the employees happy with their fun Friday's that makes people feel relaxed and helps more to focus.

The salary hikes are not that high as they needs to be because of which the most of people resigns.

Good infrastructure along with satisfied salary structure and other perks.

Somewhere lacking in work life balance in terms of unusual overtime drifts. Also the HR department is quite good and helpful but at times they are not responding as we are expecting from them due to some miscommunication and that ends with a confusion.

partiality to employees narrow minded management will give extra work to employees However that's fine Unfortunately they don't understand one's personal problem may exceed if taht person refuse to do extra work/time , only expectations of extra work and time from eployee However forget easily that same employee also expect expectations like incentive , allowance etc etc
