Nothing. Company can reach to the Best level only if they tc of the employee's. Worst work culture.

Salary date is 10th. Lots of issues in the work process. Lots of changes in the employee's. No process of systematic work. No work culture ,no work ethics. In time 9.30, while leaving its always late. Management is worst.

1.People who Bootlick and people who are close to the management gets more Hike. 2.Only one day off per week, Sometimes Employees are asked to come on festivals. 3.Employees work efficiency is calculated with punctuality not with their actual work. 4.No benefits for staff. No PF, No medical leave only 1 paid leave per month and 1 permission per month. 5.People who pretend to work are highly paid and people who actually work are paid less 6.No proper rules, management change its rules frequently.

No professionalism on work place. No Hr policy. Doesn't value employees work, toxic environment. Unprofessional, very harm, unmattured Director, makes employees insecured by watching camera all the time. Working in this company makes our knowledge down. This is family management, all family members works and no respect for employees. Very disrespectful people. No leaves, no medical leave, no pf, no benefits. 0 standard company. Dont waste your career by joining in this company. All working there is only for family struggles.

Top management will always listen to their employees' opinions and encourage them if it is feasible. Motivate their team to fully explore their skills. Most importantly they value their employees' ideas and treat them well.

Dislikes

Internal politics are there but it is quite common everywhere.
