Very nice atmosphere. Scientific based promotion. During during lockdown the company provides salary while other pharmaceutical companies either reduce the field force or not giving salaries. Moreover this company gives us an option to work from home and connecting the customers through internet To my surprise, all of my esteemed customers obliged me and supported me in terms of order.

Dislikes

The management is a little fixed minded which HG has to be changed according to the market needs.

Nothing is there to like, everything is worst in the company.. Everything is against to employees.

Getting salary after 10th, too much of deduction salary and expenses. employees have to have to deposit orginal 10th class marks card in company , No proper leaves, Even if you take leave, you don't much liberty, still you have to attend the meetings. Not possible to Balance work life and family life. GPS enabled Reporting system, you will watching your activities. No samples, No Bags, No visual aid, No LBLS,. You won't get full and final settlement.

We have to deposit 10 th Marks card. Will deduct 2000 as a security deposit from your salary for six months, after six months will pay at a time. U will get 10th Marks after 120 days, After several reminders will send you 10th Marks card to your postal address. Salary will get after 10 th every month and expenses will get after 25th every month. Too much of deduction from salary exploiting the workers mentally and physically. Do not join such companies.

They don't trust on their own employees even anyone join they take their orginal 10th Marksheet fir cross check and told that we repack after 90 days but they did not return, but after several reminder they will return and every time they ask why you need do want to left this company,they never give salary on time and deduct salary and expence without any clarification.
