Not a good paymaster, Even if someone is promoted there is no increment in salary, Few Indian people sitting at the higher management are bias, Due to which other honest employees gets demotivated

Overall work culture is good and the job security is high since you get the opportunity and guidance to work your failures and shortcomings. Good work won't get unnoticed.

The politics is dominant on the department level. That affects your appraisal, KPI and bonus if you land on bad side of your manager.

It is great team mate who educate you with training ,working ,but as a service team have to more pressure to keep customer satisfaction
