People in higher level are not much professional. Everything is not like open book. Helping hands are less. Product is not up to the mark.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Working process is very poor, lot of paper work and uses of paper not good for our environment,no cafeteria available ,rules are not same to each employee, Working culture not healthy for employees, management doesn't address our issues, proper training not given to each employee.

...s to share 50% of the cost , where as in many other company's it was given free. Daily Confectionerys are charged on monthly basis and deducted in employee salary. Even , if you comment on developments or upgradtion , it waste of time for them.
