At Johnson salary corrections and appraisals are good. We get full salary as Diwali bonus.

Dislikes

People in higher level are not much professional. Everything is not like open book. Helping hands are less. Product is not up to the mark.

Company office timings are good. Work from home.. Site visit. New learning by my own self.. Good Boss.. Mr JHA Sir (SHE and Training deptt head). Nice and supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

Every day changing HR Policies.. Salary and Manpower deduction on the name of Corona even company was in growth. No support from local branch office HR and Managers.. Very dirty politics.. In branch offices..

Appraisals are fairly and they give good salary hike.

Working process is very poor, lot of paper work and uses of paper not good for our environment,no cafeteria available ,rules are not same to each employee, Working culture not healthy for employees, management doesn't address our issues, proper training not given to each employee.

...ement is transparent. Next to technology and security is way too high & updated.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike & bonus every year.

Fortunately or unfortunately I don't dislike anything about working at Johnson lifts.

TOP MANAGEMENT is too good, job security is excellent but career growth & salary is not up to the mark, politics is very high its up to you till what time you can survive, extensive travelling, not at all training oriented company, work life balance is ok.....

Growth is very slow in 2nd tier management compare to 1 st tier management, salary difference is almost four times then 2nd tier i.e. GM and all, work pressure is more its 24 x 7 x 365 job where you have to give service round the clock to clients, there is no job training for seniors, sometimes top management won't value mangers work, appreciation is very less.
