I am writing to provide some feedback on the company culture. I value the experience & opportunity I have had at the company, but there are a few issues that are lowering staff morale & decreasing overall job satisfaction. Mr Meghdoot ( SD ) the most unprofessional guy in the company, he doesn't understand the fitness industry as he came from a different industry with no direct sales experience. He does favoritism to his close aid ( HR, Marketing, Mumbai sales person, Head trainer). He does a lot of politics to secure his place & he is a big-time liar. In every sales meeting, he tries to push his own business & requests funding from clients. He passes all confidential internal communication to competition ( abt this team's performance) He is a man of ME MY & MYSELF. He always bypassed me & communicated directly with my team, he created lot of negativity in the work environment, I can give all details if required. He never takes any responsibility & his behavior is inappropriate, he is always trusted & most of the time engaged with his family & friends on the phone. Sooner this person goes, the company will achieve new heights & you can take random feedback also. He never highlights the good things about his team ( except his team whom he favor), Also the MD of the company lacks Leadership skill, he is more than 65+ years with old school thought. Last 25 years because company failed drastically because of top management & same is getting continued. MD & SD never go for any meeting locally ( especially after 05:00 pm Except one key account ). Also the office is taken few meters away from MD house. Presently nobody from the Fitness industry wants to work under current Indian top bosses. I feel they are playing favorites with certain team members which creates a lot of tension within the team & makes it difficult to work. i believe tackling these issues will lead to a more positive work environment & successful teamwork.

The ongoing experience of working with Jhonson Health tech india is great and amazing the seniors are very helpfull and kind. There is so much things which i adapted and too many things to explore.

Nothing to dislike the company is very cooperative towards their employees and very helpful
