Management is worst ur whole like is depend on ur manager and what is ur manager decide one have to always be in the feet of manager to get anything worst HR they are puppets of manager

•Late Working Hours due to over burdening of Work. •Saturday Working despite being a Holiday. Since November 2024 I have hardly spent any Saturday Calming. •Higher Management bends and Breaks Rules and Regulations according to their own Will. Issues Heavy Work at the end of the Day. •Unclear Instructions provided to Work on tasks. •I witnessed a Employee working in JCI for Past 13 years getting fired on the spot (Literally on the spot)
