Work culture, team members, and higher level staff was good, and supportive also. Lots of new things came to learn.

Dislikes

If you are working on company's pay role, then there is nothing to worry about. But if you are working third party then you may get disappointed because of less payment and more work load.

... covid locked down they didn't fire anyone unless they there is genuine reasons. Gave salary hikes every year.

Dislikes

There is 3rd party pay roll policy due to which other off role people definitely have partiality. No benefits for accommodation and transportation. Poor working culture as there is no flexibility of working hours.

... to work. Pay is lower than Competitors in the area but other benefits are good. Need to have Salary rationalization in line with work experience and market statndards.

No think to dislike and every company is have some pros & cons. But because of some old employes some time working environment is toxic.

There is nothing best about JCI , during my tenure I already found the pathetic work culture, full of politics and no work life balance

Dislikes

Lots of things may be be it's ops , work life balance, internal growth, compensation benefits, annual bonus. Hardwork never been appreciated, if you have a good bond with your team then only you would be a star
